Stutastic is free to use for schools. Contact us if you're interested in deploying it at your institution.
Which browsers are supported?
Stutastic works on all modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. For the best experience, we recommend using the latest version of Chrome or Edge.
Account & Login
How do I sign in?
Students sign in using their school Microsoft account. Admins use a separate email/password login.
I can't sign in with my school account. What should I do?
Make sure you're using your school-issued Microsoft email address. If you continue to have issues, contact your school's IT administrator or submit a support ticket through the app.
Can I link multiple accounts?
Yes, you can link your Microsoft account with other authentication providers through the Settings page.
Parcels
How do I know when my parcel arrives?
You'll receive a push notification on all your registered devices when a parcel is registered for you. Make sure notifications are enabled in your Settings.
How do I collect my parcel?
Visit the school's parcel collection point. The staff will verify your identity and mark the parcel as collected in the system.
Can I track my parcel's delivery status?
Yes! If the parcel's courier is supported, you'll see real-time tracking updates directly in your dashboard.
What if my parcel is missing?
Contact the school administration or create a support ticket through the app. The system logs all parcel activities, making it easier to trace any issues.
Notifications
How do I enable notifications?
Go to Settings → Notifications and click Enable Notifications. You'll need to allow browser notification permissions when prompted.
I'm not receiving notifications. What should I do?
- Check that notifications are enabled in Settings
- Make sure your browser allows notifications for the site
- Check your device's notification settings (especially on mobile)
- Try re-registering your device in Settings → Devices
Can I receive notifications on multiple devices?
Yes, you can register as many devices as you like. Each device will receive notifications independently.
Technical
Is my data secure?
Yes. Stutastic uses Firebase Authentication for secure login, Firestore for encrypted data storage, and role-based access controls to ensure users only see data they're authorized to access.
Does it work offline?
Basic app functionality is available offline thanks to service worker caching. However, real-time features like parcel tracking and notifications require an internet connection.
Can Stutastic be deployed at any school?
Yes, Stutastic is designed to be adaptable. Schools would need to set up their own Firebase project and configure the appropriate settings.
